By Alissa de Carbonnel TEHRAN (Reuters) - The European Union is not doing enough to preserve the benefits for Iran from the 2015 international nuclear pact following the withdrawal of the United States, Iran's foreign minister told the EU's energy chief on Sunday. Miguel Arias Canete, European Commissioner for energy and climate, said Tehran wanted the 28-nation bloc to act fast to preserve its oil trade with Iran, and to consider making direct euro-denominated payments for Iranian oil to Iran’s central bank, bypassing the U.S. financial system.

اسلام آباد میں تقریب سے خطاب کے دوران احسن اقبال نے کہا کہ میرے ساتھ جوواقعہ پیش آیا اس سے میں نے اس بات کوزیادہ یقین سے جانا ہے کہ مارنے والے سے بچانے والا زیادہ بڑا ہوتا ہے، مجھے لگنے والی گولی ہمیشہ یاد دلاتی رہے گی کہ اللہ سب سے بڑا ہے، میرے جسم میں لگی گولی نے میرا بازو پاش پاش کردیا لیکن میرے جذبے پرایک نقطہ بھی فرق نہیں آیا۔

وزیرداخلہ نے کہا کہ ڈپریشن پیدا کرنے والے لوگ سقراط اور بقراط بنے ہوئے ہیں، ہرشام وہ ٹی وی چینلز پر بیٹھ کر کہتے ہیں کہ پاکستان کا ستیا ناس اوربیڑا غرق ہوگیا، یہ شاید عوام کے نہیں ڈپریشن کی دوائیاں بیچنے والوں کے نمائندے ہیں، اقتصادی ترقی چوکے چھکوں کا میچ نہیں یہ ٹیسٹ میچ کی طرح ہے جس میں اسی کی جیت ہوگی کہ جو زیادہ وقت اور تحمل کے ساتھ کھیلے گا۔

احسن اقبال کا کہنا تھا کہ ہم ہر وقت بیڑا غرق اور ستیا ناس جیسی کہانیاں سنتے رہے ہیں لیکن پاکستان ایسا ملک نہیں، ہم اپنے تمام چیلنجزپر قابوپا لیں گے، آج ہمیں خطرناک ملک نہیں تیزی سے ترقی حاصل کرنے والا ملک کہا جا رہا ہے۔ ہمیں دنیا کہتی تھی کہ ہم پتھرکے دور میں چلے گئے ہیں اورآگ سے روشنی لے رہے ہیں، ہم نے لوڈ شیڈنگ ختم کردی اور ملک میں 10 ہزارمیگا واٹ اضافی بجلی پیدا کی، ہم اس وقت 3 جی اور 4 جی ٹیکنالوجی استعمال کررہے ہیں لیکن پاکستان 5 جی ٹیکنالوجی استعمال کرنے والے صف اول کے ممالک میں ہو گا۔

On Tuesday, the president tweeted that his wife would be released in "2 or 3" days, but Thursday and Friday passed without word from the White House on her whereabouts.  Mr Trump had visited her during her first three days in hospital. But he did not visit on Thursday or Friday, sparking speculation that the first lady had been discharged. The first lady had earlier announced on Wednesday via Twitter that she was "feeling great" and looking forward to going home, but gave no indication of when that might happen.
