Mummified body of the Shah of Iran 'found in Tehran' construction site

A construction worker in southern Tehran may have stumbled across the mummified body of Reza Shah Pahlavi, the Iranian ruler whose son was overthrown in the revolution of 1979.  Builders were carrying out construction work at a Shia shrine in Tehran when they found the body amid a pile of rubble.  Pahlavi was buried in a mausoleum nearby after his death in 1944 but the tomb was blown up by Iranian revolutionaries as they tried to erase all traces of the previous regime.  The shah’s body was never found in the ruins and has been missing for nearly 40 years.  Hassan Khalilabadi, the head of Tehran’s heritage committee, said it was “a possibility” that the corpse may be that of the former Iranian leader. “This will be examined by responsible bodies," he said. The body was reportedly found by construction workers Pahlavi was a military officer who overthrew the ruling Persian dynasty in 1921 and seized power for himself, first becoming the country’s prime minister and then its monarch.   He introduced widespread reforms and is credited by some as the founder of modern Iran. But he was forced from power in 1941 by British and Russian troops and abdicated in favour of his son.  Pahlavi went into exile and died in South Africa in 1944. His son, Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, was overthrown during the Iranian revolution in 1979.  Reza Shah's body as it was buried in 1944 Pahlavi’s legacy is a taboo subject for Iran’s government. While his son is still deeply controversial, some Iranians think fondly of the older Pahlavi because of his modernisation programme and his expansion of some freedoms for women.    During the widespread protests in Iran in late 2017 and early 2018, many protesters shouted out Pahlavi’s name as a way of defying Iran’s revolutionary regime. “Reza Shah, bless your soul,” people cried. If the body found in Tehran is indeed that of Reza Shah Pahlavi, Iran’s current rulers may have a delicate task figuring out what to do with it.  Islamic custom demands that all bodies be treated with respect but Iranian authorities will also be wary of allowing it to become a rallying point for opposition groups.  A spokesman for the Shah Abdol Azim shrine said the body was not Pahlavi’s. "All the rumours on the social media that claim this mummified body belongs to Reza Shah are false and void of any truth,” he said.    Reza Shah Pahlavi took power in 1921 but was forced to abdicate in 1941 by the UK and the Soviet Union Pahlavi’s grandson, Reza Pahlavi, said in a statement that he was “closely following” the reports that his grandfather’s body had been found.  He warned Iran’s government “against any secrecy or lack of transparency” in its handling of the body.   Iranian authorities said the body had been reburied. It was not immediately clear what steps Iran planned to take to verify if the body did belong to Pahlavi.  A widely-shared photograph on social media appeared to show an Iranian construction work taking a selfie with the body after discovering it at the foot of his bulldozer.

تھانہ شاہدرہ پولیس نے فوزیہ کے بیان پر اس کے جیٹھ اکرام ،جاوید، سحر اور ساس کیخلاف مقدمہ درج کرلیا ہے۔ پولیس نے  ملزموں کی گرفتاری کے لئے چھاپے بھی مارے، لیکن تمام ملزمان گھر کو تالا لگا کر فرار ہوگئے۔ تاہم پولیس نے ملزموں کے ایک رشتہ دار عارف کو حراست میں لے لیا۔ واضح رہے کہ  مقتولہ فوزیہ کا شوہر ملازمت کے لئے بیرون ملک مقیم ہے۔

وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب شہباز شریف نے واقعے کا نوٹس لیتے ہوئے آئی جی پنجاب پولیس سے واقعے کی فوری رپورٹ طلب کرلی ہے۔

 اسلام آباد: سپریم کورٹ میں زلزلہ متاثرین فنڈز کیس کی سماعت کے موقع پر چیف جسٹس ثاقب نثار نے بالاکوٹ کے زلزلہ سے متاثرہ علاقوں میں جانے کا فیصلہ کیا ہے۔

سپریم کورٹ میں چیف جسٹس پاکستان ثاقب نثار کی سربراہی میں زلزلہ متاثرین فنڈز کیس کی سماعت ہوئی۔ اس موقع پر چیف جسٹس نے استفسار کیا کہ ہمیں یہ بتائیں زلزلہ متاثرہ شہر بالا کوٹ کا کیا بنا، کیا غیر ملکی امداد قومی خزانے میں ڈال دی گئی۔

ایڈیشنل اٹارنی جنرل نے عدالت کو بتایا کہ پلاننگ اینڈ ڈویلپمنٹ فنڈز میں جو رقم مختص ہوتی ہے وہ وزارت خزانہ جاری کرتی ہے جس پر چیف جسٹس نے استفسار کیا کہ زلزلے کے وقت مخیر حضرات نے فنڈز دیے اور غیر ملکی امداد بھی آئی، ان تمام فنڈز کا کیا بنا، یہ بھی بتائیں کہ مجموعی طور پر متاثرین کے لیے کتنی امداد آئی۔ وزارت خزانہ حکام نے کہا کہ بیرون ملک سے 2.89 ارب ڈالرکی امداد آئی جب کہ اندرون ملک سے آنے والی امداد ہمارے پاس نہیں۔

دوران سماعت چیف جسٹس ثاقب نثار نے بالاکوٹ کے زلزلہ سے متاثرہ علاقوں میں جانے کا فیصلہ کیا اور درخواست گزاروں کو بھی ساتھ چلنے کی ہدایت کی، چیف جسٹس نے رجسٹرار سپریم کورٹ سے پرائیویٹ ہیلی کاپٹر سے متعلق معلومات لیتے ہوئے کہا کہ ہیلی کاپٹر کرایہ پر لینے کا کیاریٹ ہے، اپنے خرچے پر زلزلہ متاثرہ علاقوں کا دورہ کریں گے تاہم بعد میں چیف جسٹس نے بذریعہ سڑک بالاکوٹ جانے کا کہہ کر عدالتی کارروائی ختم کردی۔

سوہنی مہینوال کی کہانی میں سوہنی دریا پار کرنے کےلیے کچے گھڑے سے کچھ یوں مخاطب تھی:

مینوں پار لنگا دے گھڑیا (گھڑے مجھے پار پہنچا دے)
وے میں منتاں تیریاں کردی (کہ میں تیری منتیں کرتی ہوں)

گھڑا جواب دیتے ہوئے کہتا ہے:

میں کچا، نہ جاناں ترن (میں کچا ہوں اور تیرنا نہیں جانتا)
میرے مٹی اے کھردی جاندی (میری مٹی گھلتی جارہی ہے)

سیاسی اصطلاح میں تو پارٹی تبدیل کرنے والوں کےلیے کچھ اور لفظ استعمال کیا جاتا ہے لیکن ’’نظریہ اقتدار‘‘ ایک ایسا نظریہ ہے جس کے سامنے سب کچھ بے معنی ہے۔ خیر کچھ رعایت دیتے ہوئے انہیں یہاں کچے گھڑے تک ہی محدود رکھتا ہوں۔

محبت کی داستانوں میں تو کچا گھڑا بھی ہوگا، دریا بھی، اور پار لگنے کےلیے سخت جدوجہد بھی۔ لیکن سیاست کی داستان میں ایسے چکنے گھڑے موجود ہیں جو دریا میں مسلسل موجود رہتے ہوئے بھی ڈوبنے کے خطرے سے دوچار نہیں کیونکہ بوقت ضرورت انہیں پانی کی بڑی اور چھوٹی لہریں (عوام) منزل مقصود تک پہنچانے کےلیے میسر ہیں۔

2018 کے الیکشن سے پہلے جو قومی اسمبلی اور صوبائی اسمبلیاں تحلیل ہوں گی، ان میں اس وقت نصف سے زیادہ حکمران جماعت کے ساتھ تعلق رکھنے والے اراکین ایسے ہیں جو 2008 کے الیکشن میں کسی اور کیمپ میں بیٹھے تھے اور اس سے بھی پہلے 2002 کے عام انتخابات میں وہ ایک ایسی جماعت کے پلیٹ فارم پر اکٹھے تھے جس کا ظہور الیکشن سے صرف چندہ ماہ پہلے ہوا تھا۔

ہوا کا رخ دیکھتے ہوئے 2013 کے الیکشن میں ہچکولے کھاتے ہوئے کچھ گھڑے ایک بڑے جزیرے پر پہنچے، بادشاہ سلامت سے ملاقات ہوئی معافی تلافی بھی ہوگئی اور اگلا الیکشن جیتنے کا انتظام بھی ہوگیا۔ کچھ جو اپنے بل بوتے پر آزاد جیتے تھے وہ بھی اقتدار کا مزہ کیوں نہ لیتے؟ سو وہ بھی شامل ہوئے حکمرانی میں۔ لیکن افسوس کہ پانی کی وہ چھوٹی اور بڑی لہریں اب بھی وہیں ہیں، آپس میں ہی دست و گریباں۔ جب کہ ہمارے منتخب نمائندے اس وقت حکمران جماعت سے جان چھڑوا رہے ہیں، مختلف حیلوں بہانوں کے ساتھ، نئے نعروں کے ساتھ مختلف پارٹیوں میں شمولیت اختیار کررہے ہیں تاکہ جیسے بھی ہو، اقتدار کا نشہ جو منہ کو لگ چکا ہے، وہ خوراک انہیں ملتی رہے۔

عوامی خدمت و خیر خواہی کےلیے ان کچے گھڑوں کو پانچ سال ملے تھے جو موج مستی میں گزر گئے۔ اب اگلی منزل تک پہنچنے کےلیے انہیں جس چیز کی ضرورت ہے وہ ہے ووٹ بینک۔ پاکستانی سیاست کو نظر میں رکھتے ہوئے کیونکہ یہاں کوئی پارٹی مسلسل دوسری بار الیکشن جیتنے میں کامیاب نہیں ہوئی اور خاص طور پر دیہی حلقوں سے پچھلا الیکشن جیتنے والا امیدوار یہ بات بخوبی جانتا ہے کہ ہر گاؤں میں دو چوہدری تو ہیں اور دونوں کو ایک دوسرے کی مخالفت بھی کرنی ہے تو چلو پارٹی بدلنے کے ساتھ ساتھ دوسرے دھڑے سے تعلقات بہتر کرتا ہوں کیوں کہ سابقہ حمایتی تو اس وقت بہت سی باتوں پر ناراض بھی ہوگا کہ فلاں خوشی/ غمی میں نہیں آئے، ساتھ میں تھانہ کچہری بھی نہیں گئے، لوگوں کو ملازمتیں دلوانے میں بھی کچھ ناکامی کا سامنا رہا ہے تو نئے حمایتی کو نئے وعدوں کے ساتھ ’’آوے ہی آوے فلاں چودھری آوے ہی آوے‘‘ کے نعروں پر لگا دیا جاتا ہے۔

الیکشن سے ذرا پہلے کچھ اس انداز سے سیاستدانوں کے ضمیر جاگتے ہیں کہ انہیں پارٹی بدلنے میں ہی ملک اور عوام کی بھلائی نظر آتی ہے۔ اپنے لیے تو وہ کچھ بھی نہیں کرتے، بس دل میں غریب عوام کا دردِ بیکراں ہوتا ہے اور گلی گلی گھومنے کا وقت۔

پاکستان کی پوری سیاسی تاریخ میں سول و ملٹری کشمکش سب سے نمایاں رہی ہے لیکن ان حالات میں بھی بہت سے گھڑے ایسے تھے جو حد درجہ چکنے تھے۔ انہوں نے اپنے خاندان بھی سنوارے اور پارٹیاں بدل بدل کر اپنی سیٹ بھی جیتتے رہے۔ اس سب کے درمیان وہ بیک وقت سیاستدانوں اور اسٹیبلیشمنٹ سے اپنے تعلقات بھی بحال رکھنے میں کامیاب رہے۔

پارٹی تبدیل کرتے ہوئے ہر سیاستدان کا کہنا ہوتا کہ اصولی طور پر علیحدہ ہورہا ہوں، پارٹی سربراہ سے یا ممبران سے کچھ اختلافات تھے، تحفظات تھے جو دور نہیں کیے گئے وغیرہ؛ اور میں اب ملک اور عوام کے بہتر مستقبل کی خاطر چپ کرکے نہیں بیٹھ سکتا تھا اس لیے اس کیمپ کو خیرباد کہتے ہوئے ملک کے سب سے بڑے خیرخواہ کی طرف ہاتھ بڑھاتا ہوں۔

پچھلے بیس برسوں کی پاکستانی سیاست میں سیاستدانوں کی طرف سے جتنی تیزی سے پارٹیاں تبدیل کرنے کا رجحان نظر آرہا ہے، اسے دیکھتے ہوئے اس معاملے میں بھی قانون سازی کی اشد ضرورت ہے کہ ایک مدت مخصوص کردی جائے جس سے پہلے پارٹی تبدیل نہیں کی جاسکتی۔ اس میں بہت سی قانونی موشگافیاں ہوں گی لیکن یہ ضروری ہے۔ جب سول عدالتوں میں مقدمات بیس بیس سال تک چل سکتے ہیں اور دونوں فریقین کوشش کرتے ہیں کہ زیادہ سے زیادہ ثبوت عدالت میں پیش کیے جائیں کہ فیصلہ ان کے حق میں ہوسکے تو ہمارے یہ قانون بنانے والے نمائندے اسمبلیوں اور پارٹیوں میں بیٹھ کر اتنی مزاحمت کیوں نہیں کرسکتے کہ اپنا مؤقف صحیح طور سے پیش کرسکیں اور پارٹی میں اپنے لیے جگہ مضبوط بنائیں۔

شنگھائی: چین میں دنیا کا پہلا بینک کھولا گیا ہے جس میں انسانی عملہ موجود نہیں اور ان کی جگہ روبوٹ افسران مختلف امور انجام دیتے ہیں۔

دنیا میں کسی بھی بینک کی یہ پہلی شاخ ہے جہاں چہرے کی شناخت، مجازی حقیقت (ورچوئل رئیلٹی) اور مصنوعی ذہانت (آرٹی فیشل انٹیلی جنس) سمیت جدید رحجانات کو استعمال کیا گیا ہے اور یہاں انسان نما روبوٹ آپ کی خدمت کےلیے حاضر ہیں۔

یہ برانچ چائنا کنسٹرکشن بینک (سی سی بی) نے شنگھائی میں کھولی ہے جہاں ٹیکنالوجی سے لگاؤ رکھنے والے صارفین بڑی تعداد میں آرہے ہیں اور خود بینک بھی زیادہ تنخواہ والے اسٹاف کو بھرتی نہ کرنے پر خوش ہے۔ اس بینک میں قدم رکھیں تو ایک انسان نما (ہیومینوئیڈ) روبوٹ، آواز پہچاننے والی ٹیکنالوجی استعمال کرتے ہوئے آپ سے بات چیت کرتا ہے۔

بینک میں کئی اے ٹی ایم اور خود کار مشینیں ہیں۔ یہ مشینیں اکاؤنٹ کھولنے، رقم کی منتقلی، منی ایکسچینج، سونے میں سرمایہ کاری اور دیگر خدمات فراہم کرتی ہیں۔ بینک انتظامیہ کے مطابق انسانوں کے بغیر کام کرنے والا یہ خود کار بینک رقم اور غیر رقمی سہولیات کی 90 فیصد ضروریات پوری کرسکتا ہے۔

علاوہ ازیں کسی مشکل کی صورت میں صارفین ویڈیو لنک کے ذریعے دور بیٹھے انسانی افسران سے بات چیت بھی کرسکتے ہیں۔  سی سی بی کے مطابق یہ شاخ ٹیکنالوجی کی آزمائش اور اسے بہتر بنانے میں بہت مددگار ثابت ہوگی تاہم بینک نے کہا ہے کہ بااثر اور امیر صارفین کےلیے انسانی عملہ بھی ضروری ہے۔

میری لینڈ، امریکا: امریکی ماہرین نے ایک سروے کے بعد کہا ہے کہ ڈارک چاکلیٹ کھانے کے جہاں دیگر بہت سے فوائد ہیں وہیں یہ جسم کی اندرونی جلن اور ذہنی تناؤ کو بھی کم کرتی ہے۔

گہرے رنگت والی چاکلیٹ میں کوکوا (Cocoa) کی مقدار 70 فیصد تک ہوتی ہے جبکہ عام چاکلیٹ میں کوکوا کی مقدار کم پائی جاتی ہے۔ کوکوا، لوبیا جیسا ایک بیج ہوتا ہے جسے پیس کر اس کے سفوف سے چاکلیٹ بنائی جاتی ہے۔ اس کی کڑواہٹ دور کرتے وقت اس میں مٹھاس اور شکر شامل کی جاتی ہے۔

سان ڈیاگو میں منعقدہ تجرباتی حیاتیات کی تنظیم کے اجلاس برائے 2018 میں لوما لنڈا یونیورسٹی کے ایک ماہر پروفیسر لی ایس برک نے بتایا کہ ڈارک چاکلیٹ موڈ، یادداشت، اور جسمانی دفاعی نظام کو بہتر کرتے ہوئے جسم کے اندر جلن (سوزش) کو بھی دور کرتی ہے۔

چاکلیٹ کے انسانی دل، گردوں اور یادداشتی نظام پر کی جانے والی یہ پہلی تحقیق بھی ہے جس سے معلوم ہوا کہ چاکلیٹ میں بہت سے مفید فلیوینوئیڈز پائے جاتے ہیں جو ہمارے جسم پر بہت مثبت اثرات مرتب کرتے ہیں۔

پروفیسر لی ایس برک نے بتایا کہ گہری چاکلیٹ میں دل اور دماغ کے محافظ اینٹی آکسیڈنٹس کی وسیع مقدار موجود ہوتی ہے۔ دوسری جانب کوکوا میں انسانی دفاعی نظام کو درست رکھنے، دماغی سگنل بڑھانے اور حسیات کو بہتر کرنے کی بھرپور صلاحیت موجود ہوتی ہے۔

اس میں موجود سائٹوکائنز، ٹی خلیات کو طاقتور کرنے سمیت پیٹ، سینے یا دیگر اعضاء میں جلن کو دور کرتے ہیں۔ علاوہ ازیں دماغی خلیات کے درمیان لچک بڑھانے میں بھی چاکلیٹ اہم کردار ادا کرتی ہے۔ اس دریافت کے بعد ماہرین نے کہا ہے کہ اپنی غذا میں گہرے رنگت والی چاکلیٹ بڑھانے سے کئی اہم فوائد حاصل ہوسکتے ہیں۔

اسلام آباد کی انسداد دہشت گردی کی عدالت میں پی ٹی وی، پارلیمنٹ حملہ اور ایس ایس پی تشدد کیس کی سماعت ہوئی، ایس ایس پی تشدد کیس میں عدالت نے چئیرمین تحریک انصاف عمران خان کو طلب کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ ملزم کی موجودگی میں بریت کی درخواست پر فیصلہ سنایا جائے گا۔

اس موقع پر عمران خان کے وکیل نے پی ٹی وی، پارلیمنٹ حملہ اور ایس ایس پی تشدد کیس میں عدالت میں حاضری سے استثنیٰ کی درخواست دائر کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ عمران خان ایس ایس پی تشدد کیس میں بریت کی درخواست پر فیصلے کے وقت موجود نہیں ہو سکتے۔

عدالت نے چئیرمین تحریک انصاف کی حاضری سے استثنیٰ کی درخواست منظور کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ عمران خان کی بریت کی درخواست پر فیصلہ 4 مئی کو سنایا جائے گا تاہم اگر 4 مئی کو عمران خان نہ آئے تو وارنٹ گرفتاری جاری کریں گے۔ عدالت نے پی ٹی وی، پارلیمنٹ حملہ کیس کی سماعت 24 مئی تک ملتوی کردی۔

منییاپولس: پیرس سے امریکا آنے والی خاتون پر بغیر آگاہ کیے محض ایک سیب لانے پر 500 ڈالر جرمانہ عائد کردیا گیا۔

بین الاقوامی خبر رساں ادارے کے مطابق ایک خاتون نے ایئرلائن کے ذریعے  پیرس سے امریکی شہر ڈینور کا سفر کیا۔ یہ فلائٹ کنیکٹنگ تھی جو پیرس سے پہلے امریکی ریاست منی ایپلس پہنچی۔ بعد ازاں وہاں سے انہیں ڈینور پہنچنا تھا۔ خاتون کو ایک سیب ایئرلائن انتظامیہ نے پہلی فلائٹ پیرس سے منی ایپلس کے دوران دیا جسے انہوں نے بعد میں بھوک لگنے پر کھانے کا سوچ کر اپنے بیگ میں رکھ لیا۔ تاہم جب وہ منی ایپلس سے ڈینور کی پرواز کےلیے کاؤنٹر پر پہنچیں تو کسٹم افسر نے ان پر 500 ڈالر (50 ہزار پاکستانی روپے) جرمانہ عائد کردیا۔

کسٹم ترجمان کا کہنا تھا کہ خاتون مسافر پر جرمانہ ملکی قوانین کے تحت عائد کیا گیا ہے۔ امریکا میں داخلے کے وقت تمام مسافروں کو اپنے ہمراہ لائی گئی اشیا جیسے کہ گوشت، پھل، سبزیاں، پودے، بیج، مٹی اور جانوروں تک سے متعلق پیشگی آگاہ کرنا ہوتا ہے اور یہ قواعد و ضوابط ویب سائٹ پر بھی موجود ہیں۔

ترجمان کے مطابق مذکورہ خاتون نے اپنے بیگ میں موجود سیب سے متعلق نہیں بتایا تھا اس لیے ان پر جرمانہ عائد کیا گیا ہے۔

پاکستان ٹی وی اور اسٹیج کی معروف اداکارہ مدیحہ گوہر لاہور میں 62 برس کی عمر میں انتقال کرگئیں۔ مدیحہ کینسر میں مبتلا تھیں۔ مرحومہ کی نماز جنازہ کل لاہور میں ادا کی جائے گی۔

مدیحہ گوہر 1956 میں کراچی میں پیدا ہوئیں۔ انہوں نے 1983 میں خواتین کے حقوق کیلئے ’’اجوکا‘‘ تنظیم بنائی جو ایشیا اور یورپ میں خاصی فعال ہے۔ مدیحہ گوہر معروف ڈرامہ نویس، ڈائریکٹر اور رائٹر شاہد محمود ندیم کی اہلیہ تھیں۔ وہ گزشتہ تین سال سے خطرناک کینسر کے خلاف جنگ لڑ رہی تھیں تاہم بدھ کی صبح وہ زندگی کی بازی ہار گئیں۔

سکھر: عدالت عظمیٰ کی جانب سے نواز شریف، جہانگیر ترین کو تاحیات نااہل قرار دیے جانے کے بعد سیاسی درجۂ حرارت میں تیزی سے اضافہ ہوا ہے اور شہری بھی اس نااہلی اور عام انتخابات سے قبل نگراں سیٹ اپ، وزیر اعظم کے نام پر بحث مباحثہ کرتے نظر آرہے ہیں۔ ایک طرف موجودہ جمہوری حکومت کی آئینی مدت تمام ہونے جا رہی ہے، اور دوسری جانب سیاسی پنچھی نئے آشیانوں میں جگہ بنانے کے لیے اڑان بھر رہے ہیں۔

سکھر شہر سے تعلق رکھنے والے متحدہ قومی موومنٹ کے تین رکن صوبائی اسمبلی سلیم بندھانی، محترمہ ناہید بیگم پاک سرزمین پارٹی جب کہ دیوان چند چاولہ نے بہادر آباد گروپ میں اپنا ٹھکانہ بنالیا ہے اور تمام سیاست دانوں کی طرح انہوں نے بھی الزامات دہرانے کی روایت برقرار رکھی ہے۔ سلیم بندھانی اور ناہید بیگم کو جو دو مرتبہ ایم کیو ایم کے ٹکٹ پر رکن صوبائی اسمبلی منتخب ہوچکی ہیں سوشل میڈیا پر شدید تنقید کا نشانہ بنایا جارہا ہے۔

متحدہ قومی موومنٹ کے سیاسی گڑھ سمجھے جانے والے اور سلیم بندھانی کے آبائی علاقے نواں گوٹھ میں خود ان کی برادری کے لوگ بھی ان پر کھل کر تنقید کررہے ہیں، ووٹرز کا کہنا ہے کہ سلیم بندھانی پی ایس پی یا پھر آزاد حیثیت میں الیکشن میں حصہ لیتے ہیں تو انہیں اپنے سیاسی مقام کا اندازہ ہوجائے گا۔ علاقہ مکینوں کا کہنا تھا کہ اگر سیاسی حالات زیادہ ہی ابتر تھے تو انہیں خاموشی اختیار کرنا چاہیے تھی۔ اس طرح وفاداری تبدیل کرنے سے برادری کی بھی ساکھ متاثر ہو ئی ہے۔ لوگوں کا یہ بھی کہنا ہے کہ پاک سرزمین پارٹی میں پہلے اہم شخصیات موجود ہیں جن میں سید سلطان شاہ سمیت دیگر شامل ہیں اور الیکشن میں ٹکٹ کی نام زدگی کے موقع پر انہیں مایوسی ہوگی۔

شہری سطح پر ایک مضبوط ووٹ بینک رکھنے والی جماعت متحدہ قومی موومنٹ میں دو سال کے دوران شروع ہونے والی ٹوٹ پھوٹ اور دھڑا بندیوں کے باعث سکھر سمیت سندھ میں شہری سطح پر پیدا ہونے والے خلا کو پُر کرنے اور ان علاقوں میں اپنی اجارہ داری قائم کرنے کے لیے دیگر جماعتیں سر توڑ کوششیں کر رہی ہیں۔ پاکستان تحریک انصاف نے حالیہ چند ماہ کے دوران اس حوالے سے تیزی دکھائی ہے اور یہاں کے عوام کو متوجہ کرنے کی کوششیں کررہی ہے۔

اس کی مسلسل سرگرمیوں کو دیکھتے ہوئے توقع کی جاسکتی ہے کہ آئندہ عام انتخابات میں دوسری جماعت کے طور پر سیاسی میدان میں نظر آئے گی۔ سندھ کے دوسرے اہم تجارتی حب کا درجہ رکھنے والے سکھر میں تجارتی و سیاسی سطح پر اجارہ داری قائم کرنے کے لیے پاکستان تحریک انصاف انتہائی سرگرم اور فعال نظر آرہی ہے۔ پاکستان تحریک انصاف ضلع سکھر کے سینئر نائب صدر و آل پاکستان انجمن تاجران سندھ کے نائب صدر حاجی محمد جاوید میمن کی جانب سے سکھر اسمال ٹریڈرز کے نومنتخب عہدے داران کی تقریب حلف برداری کے موقع پر سندھ تاجر کنونشن کے انعقاد سے سیاسی مخالفین شدید پریشانی سے دوچار نظر آرہے ہیں، گو کہ کنونشن خالصتاً تاجروں کے مسائل، ود ہولڈنگ ٹیکس، ایمنسٹی اسکیم و دیگر مسائل کے حوالے سے منعقد کیا گیا تھا مگر کنونشن اس وقت سیاسی جلسے کا منظر پیش کرنے لگا جب  لاہور سے آنے والے آل پاکستان انجمن تاجران کے مرکزی سیکریٹری جنرل عبدالرزاق ببر نے سیکڑوں افراد کی موجودگی میں حاجی محمد جاوید میمن کو آئندہ الیکشن میں اپنا اور تاجروں کا نمائندہ نام زد کرتے ہوئے الیکشن میں تمام لوگوں کو سپورٹ کرنے اور ووٹ دینے کی درخواست کی۔

کنونشن سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے عبدالرزاق ببر اور آل کراچی تاجر اتحاد کے چیئرمین عتیق میر کا کہنا تھا کہ اب تاجروں کے جاگنے کا وقت آچکا ہے، تاجروں کو درپیش مسائل کے حل کے لیے اس برادری کے لوگوں کو خود کھڑا ہونا پڑے گا، آئندہ عام انتخابات میں ان تمام لوگوں کو مسترد کردیں جنہوں نے کراچی سمیت سندھ بھر کو جہنم بنا دیا، ہر سسٹم تباہ ہو چکا ہے، حکم رانوں نے سب کچھ تباہ کردیا ہے، اب آنے والے وقت میں بچوں کے مستقبل کو محفوظ بنانے اور پاکستان کی ترقی، خوش حالی کے لیے تاجروں کو آگے آنا چاہیے، جو قومیں اپنے لیڈرز کی قدر نہیں کرتیں، وہ بدقسمت ہوتی ہیں، تاجروں کے پاس سکھر اسمال ٹریڈرزکے صدر حاجی محمد جاوید میمن جیسا ہیرا موجود ہے، آئندہ عام انتخابات میں وہ تاجروں کے نام زد امیدوار ہوں گے، اب ہم سب پر فرض ہے کہ ان کے ہاتھ مضبوط کریں تاکہ تاجروں کے مسائل بہتر انداز سے حل ہوسکیں۔

اپنے ووٹ کے درست استعمال کے ذریعے ہی ہمارے بچوں کا مستقبل بہتر ہوگا اور تاجر برادری کے مسائل بہتر انداز سے حل ہوسکیں گے۔ ہم تاجروں کا ایسا مضبوط اتحاد بنائیں گے جو سیسہ پلائی ہوئی دیوار ثابت ہو گا۔ سکھر سندھ میں دوسرا اہم تجارتی مرکز ہے تاہم بجلی کی طویل لوڈشیڈنگ کی وجہ سے تجارتی سرگرمیاں بری طرح متاثر ہیں، جس سے تاجر مشکلات سے دوچار ہیں اور ہم طویل لوڈشیڈنگ کے خلاف سیپکو کے ہیڈ کوارٹر پر دھرنا دے کر تحریک کا آغاز کریں گے۔ آل پاکستان انجمن تاجران کے ذمہ داران کی جانب سے تاجر کنونشن میں حاجی محمد جاوید میمن کو اہم ذمہ داریاں دینا اور آئندہ عام انتخابات میں صوبائی اسمبلی کی نشست پی ایس 24 پر نمائندہ نام زد کرنے پر شہر میں ایک نئی بحث کا آغاز ہوگیا ہے اور جاوید میمن جو ایک عرصے سے ایس ڈی اے کے پلیٹ فارم سے شہری مسائل کے حل کے لیے جدوجہد کر رہے تھے ان کو اہم شخصیات کی جانب سے سپورٹ کرنے کا اعلان سیاسی فائدہ پہنچائے گا۔

2018ء کے عام انتخابات کے لیے الیکشن کمیشن کی جانب سے حلقہ بندیوں کا سلسلہ جاری ہے۔ ملک کے دیگر شہروں کی طرح سکھر میں بھی قومی و صوبائی اسمبلی کی نشستوں پر پاکستان تحریک انصاف، جمعیت علمائے اسلام، متحدہ قومی موومنٹ سمیت دیگر جماعتوں کی جانب سے شدید اعتراضات سامنے آئے ہیں اور سندھ کی حکم راں جماعت پیپلز پارٹی مخالف جماعتوں نے سکھر شہر کی یوسیوں میں کی رد و بدل کے بعد اعتراضات داخل کیے ہیں۔

ان تمام اعتراضات کے ساتھ حاجی محمد جاوید میمن نے سکھر شہر کے تمام سابق، موجودہ ریکارڈ اور نقشہ جات سمیت دیگر اہم دستاویز کے بنیاد پر الیکشن آف پاکستان اسلام آباد سے رجوع کرلیا ہے اور رواں ماہ کے اختتام تک داخل کردہ اعتراضات پر فیصلہ آنے کی توقع ہے۔ اگر اپوزیشن جماعتوں کے اعتراضات کو درست مان کر حلقوں کی سابق حیثیت برقرار رکھی جاتی ہے تو یہ سیاسی میدان میں پیپلز پارٹی کی پہلی شکست تصور کی جائے گی۔ تاہم ان تمام باتوں کا دارومدار الیکشن کمیشن کے حتمی فیصلے پر ہے۔

اب بات کرتے ہیں جماعت اسلامی کی جوایک عرصے سے اپنے کارکنوں کو فعال رکھنے کے لیے تسلسل کے ساتھ سرگرمیاں انجام دے رہی ہے۔ مدرسہ تفہیم القرآن نمائش چوک پرانا سکھر میں دارالعلوم تفہیم القرآن میں منعقدہ تقریب ختم بخاری شریف و جلسۂ دستار فضیلت میں مرکزی و صوبائی قیادت نے شر کت کی۔ تقریب میں متحدہ مجلس عمل پاکستان اور جماعتِ اسلامی کے سیکریٹری جنرل لیاقت بلوچ ٹیلی فونک خطاب میں کہا کہ مدارس اسلام کے مضبوط قلعے ہیں، ان کے خلاف دشمن قوتوں کی سازش کسی صورت کام یاب نہیں ہونے دی جائے گی۔

ملک کے موجودہ حالات میں امت مسلمہ کو متحد ہونے کی ضرورت ہے، کفریہ طاقتیں اسلام کے خلاف سرگرم ہیں، امت مسلمہ اپنے اتحاد سے ان طاقتوں کے خلاف سیسہ پلائی دیوار ثابت ہوگی، جب کہ مولانا عبدالمالک، نائب امیر اسداللہ بھٹو، عبدالرحمٰن عباسی، ڈاکٹر معراج الہدیٰ و دیگر راہ نماؤں کا کہنا تھا کہ کشمیر میں مسلمانوں سے بے رحمانہ سلوک پر اقوام متحدہ سمیت مسلم ممالک کے سربراہان کی مجرمانہ خاموشی سوالیہ نشان بنتی جارہی ہے، کشمیری مسلمان ہمارے بھائی ہیں اور ان پر ہونے والے مظالم ہم پر مظالم کے مترادف ہیں، اقوام متحدہ اور مسلم ممالک کے حکم رانوں سمیت حکومت پاکستان کو بھارتی جارحیت کے خلاف آواز بلند کرنا چاہیے، انھوں نے کہا کہ ملک کی بقا کے لیے اکابرین نے قیمتی جانوں کا نذرانہ دیا ہے، متحدہ مجلس عمل کے قیام سے ملک میں اسلامی قانون کا نفاذ عمل میں لایا جائے گا۔

تحریک انصاف آئندہ مخلوط حکومت کی مرکزی شراکت دار ہو گی ؟FOCUS NEWS NETWORK(Speacial correspondent ZIA MUGHAL)

 لاہور: میاں نواز شریف فرماتے ہیں کہ موجودہ پارلیمنٹ میں دم خم نہیں ہے شاید وہ صحیح کہہ رہے ہیں کیونکہ جس پارلیمنٹ میں میاں نوازشریف بطور وزیراعظم موجود نہ ہوں وہ بھی بھلا کوئی پارلیمنٹ ہے ویسے میاں صاحب کو یاد رہے کہ اسی پارلیمنٹ نے پانامہ کیس سے جان چھڑوانے میں اور عدلیہ کے خلاف جارحانہ سیاست میں ان کا ساتھ نہیں دیا ہے۔

میاں نواز شریف کو2014 ء کی یہی پارلیمنٹ اس وقت بہت مضبوط معلوم ہوئی تھی جب پارلیمنٹ نے میاں نواز شریف کو استعفیٰ دینے سے روک لیا تھا ورنہ میاں صاحب تو استعفیٰ جیب میں لیے گھوم رہے تھے کہ نجانے کب ،کہاں اور کسے یہ پیش کرنا پڑ جائے۔ نواز شریف اور ان کے ہمنواؤں کی سیاسی رخصتی نوشتہ دیوار ہے جسے سب جان چکے ہیں لیکن میاں صاحب آج بھی بضد ہیں کہ میں نہیں تو کوئی بھی نہیں۔ اور یہی وجہ ہے کہ وہ ملکی صورتحال کو اس قدر کشیدہ اور متصادم بنانے میں لگے ہوئے ہیں کہ کسی بھی وقت کوئی غیر آئینی سانحہ رونما ہو جائے۔ مسلم لیگ(ن) کے اندرونی معاملات بھی نواز شریف کی گرفت سے نکلتے جا رہے ہیں۔

ڈوبتے جہاز میں کوئی سوار رہنا پسند نہیں کرتا۔ اس وقت میاں صاحب اور ان کی صاحبزادی کی ’’کور ٹیم‘‘ ہی میدان میں نکلی ہوئی ہے ورنہ دیگر اہم ترین لیگی رہنما تو کب کے خود کو’’محدود‘‘ کر چکے ہیں۔ حاضری لگانے کے چکر میں ایک آدھ بیان دے دینا یا ٹاک شو میں آجا نا ، یہی پالیسی لیگی رہنماوں نے اپنا رکھی ہے۔ پاکستان میں سیاست ہمیشہ طاقت کی بنیاد پر ہوتی ہے۔ ذوالفقار علی بھٹو شہید وہ آخری سیاستدان تھے جنہوں نے عوامی طاقت کے بل بوتے پر سیاست کی اس کے بعد تو سیاستدانوں نے جج، جرنل اور جرنلسٹ کی لابنگ اور کرپشن کی کمائی کے زور پر سیاست کی ہے۔

اسٹیبلشمنٹ کو عشق ہوا تو میاں صاحب کے ساتھ ہوا جنہوں نے ہر مرتبہ بے وفائی کی۔ پاکستانی تاریخ میں  مسلم لیگ(ن) کو دو مرتبہ بھاری مینڈیٹ دلایا گیا اور ہر بار میاں صاحب نے اس مینڈیٹ کے نشے میں کسی ’’ چیف ‘‘کے ساتھ محاذ آرائی کی۔ انہی وجوہات کی بناء پر کہا جا رہا ہے کہ اب کسی سیاسی جماعت کو دو تہائی اکثریت ملنے کے امکانات معدوم ہو چکے ہیں۔ آئندہ انتخابات میں بھی معلق پارلیمنٹ اور مخلوط حکومت وجود میں آتی دکھائی دے رہی ہے۔ آئندہ انتخابات کے انعقاد کے حوالے سے ابھی ابہام موجود ہے۔ طاقتور اور با خبر حلقے تو انتخابات کے بروقت انعقاد کے سوال پر معنی خیز مسکراہٹ سے بنا کچھ کہے بہت کچھ بتا رہے ہیں۔ میاں صاحب اور مریم نواز کا جارحانہ انداز مزید سخت ہوتا جا رہا ہے جو جمہوریت کی بقاء کیلئے خطرناک ہے۔

مسلم لیگ(ن) کی قیادت سنبھالنے کے بعد میاں شہباز شریف انتھک محنت کر رہے ہیں کہ کسی طور مسلم لیگ(ن) کو یکجا رکھ سکیں اور الیکٹ ایبلز کو جانے سے روک سکیں لیکن فی الوقت وہ کامیاب ہوتے دکھائی نہیں دے رہے ہیں۔ مسلم لیگ(ن) کا ووٹ بنک میاں نواز شریف کے ساتھ منسلک رہا ہے اور آج بھی ہے اس میں کمی تو آرہی ہے لیکن ووٹ بنک کی ملکیت تبدیل نہیں ہو رہی ہے۔ سیاسی جماعتوں میں جاری چہ میگوئیوں کے مطابق شریف خاندان کے اندر اقتدار کی لڑائی آج بھی جاری ہے خواہ وہ حسین نواز اور مریم نواز کے درمیان ہو یا پھر حمزہ شہباز اور مریم نواز کے مابین۔گزشتہ ڈیڑھ برس کے دوران مریم نواز بہت تیزی سے سیاسی افق پر نمودار ہوئی ہیں لیکن پارٹی کے اندر ان کے انداز سیاست سے اختلاف، اداروں کی ناپسندیدگی، سیاسی کم عمری اور ناتجربہ کاری جیسے اعتراضات نے انہیں میاں نواز شریف کا متبادل قائد نہیں بننے دیا ہے۔

چوہدری نثارتو بادشاہ آدمی ہیں اس لیئے اعلانیہ مریم نواز کی قیادت ماننے سے انکاری ہیں لیکن مسلم لیگ(ن) کے انتہائی اہم رہنماوں کی اکثریت بھی یہی سوچ رکھتی ہے۔ سیاسی طوفان آتا دیکھ کر موسمی پرندے مسلم لیگ(ن) کی شاخوں سے اڑان بھر رہے ہیں جس کو بھی اگلی منزل کی یقین دہانی مل جاتی ہے وہ رکنے کا نام نہیں لے رہا۔ پاکستان میں سیاست اور سیاستدان’’تاثر‘‘ کی بنیاد پر مستقبل کی راہوں کا تعین کرتے ہیں اس وقت عمومی فضا بن چکی ہے کہ مقتدر اداروں سے لڑائی کے بعد ن لیگ کا دوبارہ اقتدار میں آنا ممکن نہیں رہا ہے اور آئندہ مخلوط حکومت میں تحریک انصاف لیڈ کر رہی ہو گی۔ اس حوالے سے یہ بات بھی بہت دعوے سے کہی جا رہی ہے کہ پنجاب اور کے پی کے میں تو وزیر اعلی تحریک انصاف سے ہوگا اور سندھ و بلوچستان میں پیپلز پارٹی سے لیکن  آئندہ حکومت کا وزیر اعظم  شاید قوم کیلئے’’سرپرائز‘‘ ہوگا۔

پنجاب میں مسلم لیگ(ن) کے 23 سے زائد اراکین اسمبلی تحریک انصاف سے رابطے میں ہیں اور ان کے حلقوں کی حتمی ایڈجسٹمنٹ ہو رہی ہے۔ اس حوالے سے سیالکوٹ کے معروف اور بڑے سسیاسی خاندان’’وریو فیملی‘‘ کا تذکرہ بہت ہو رہا ہے کہ وہ بھی تحریک انصاف میں شامل ہو سکتے ہیں۔ گو کہ چند روز قبل وریو خاندان کے بڑوں نے میاں شہباز شریف سے ملاقات کی ہے لیکن آیا میاں شہباز شریف انہیں روکنے میں کامیاب ہو پائے ہیں یا نہیں اس کا جواب چند روز میں مل جائے گا۔ وریو خاندان کی سیالکوٹ کی سیاست میں ہمیشہ بہت اہمیت رہی ہے  اور بلا شبہ ان کا ذاتی ووٹ بنک بھی موجود ہے۔

زیر گردش اطلاعات کے مطابق وریو فیملی اگر تحریک انصاف میں شمولیت اختیار کرتی ہے تو پھر انہیں قومی اسمبلی کے دو حلقوں سے پارٹی ٹکٹ دیا جا سکتا ہے۔ موجودہ ایم این اے ارمغان سبحانی  این اے76 سے جبکہ خوش اختر سبحانی این اے 73 سے الیکشن لڑ سکتے ہیں۔ اس وقت این اے76 سے تحریک انصاف کا ٹکٹ لینے کی امیدوار سابق وفاقی وزیر ڈاکٹر فردوس عاشق اعوان ہیں لیکن ارمغان سبحانی کے آنے کی صورت میں پارٹی قیادت لازمی طور پر اس حلقہ سے ٹکٹ کیلئے ارمغان کوترجیح  دے گی۔

ڈاکٹر فردوس اعوان نے کچھ عرصہ قبل تحریک انصاف میں شمولیت اختیار کی ہے اور ان کے بارے میں پی ٹی آئی میں ازراہ طنز کہا جاتا ہے کہ ڈاکٹر صاحبہ نے ’’جبری‘‘ شمولیت اختیار کی تھی کیونکہ سیالکوٹ میں موجود تحریک انصاف کے اہم ترین رہنما ان کے ساتھ زیادہ مطمئن نہیں ہیں جبکہ ڈاکٹر صاحبہ کے ساتھ سابقہ الیکشن میں حصہ لینے والے میاں عابد اور طاہر ہندلی بھی شاید اس مرتبہ فردوس اعوان کے ساتھ الیکشن کیلئے تیار نہیں ہیں۔ این اے76 میں تحریک انصاف کے ایک اور سینئر رہنما سابق سپیکر قومی اسمبلی چوہدری امیر حسین بھی موجود ہیں جو پانچ مرتبہ رکن اسمبلی رہ چکے ہیں۔ وریو خاندان کو دوسری قومی اسمبلی کی نشست کیلئے تحریک انصاف کے پاس این اے73 اور این اے72 کی آپشن موجود ہے۔ این اے75 سے عثمان ڈار جبکہ این اے 74 سے گھمن برادران کی ٹکٹ کنفرم ہے لہذا ان دنوں حلقوں کے حوالے سے کوئی ابہام موجود نہیں ہے۔

تحریک انصاف کے چیئرمین عمران خان نے 8برس کے بعد گزشتہ روز اندرون شہر کامختصر دورہ کیا ہے۔سکیورٹی اور بعض دیگر وجوہات کی بنا پر کپتان کا دورہ مختصر تو کردیا گیا لیکن مجموعی طور پر عوامی ردعمل تحریک انصاف کیلئے حوصلہ افزاء ہے۔ 29 اپریل کو مینار پاکستان پر جلسہ کیلئے تحریک انصاف کی غیر معمولی تیاریاں جاری ہیں۔ صدر سنٹرل پنجاب عبدالعلیم خان اپنی ٹیم کے ساتھ انتظامی و سیاسی تیاریوں میں دن رات مگن ہیں اور معلوم ہوتا ہے کہ 29 اپریل کا جلسہ 11 اکتوبر2011 ء کے ریکارڈ کو توڑ دے گا۔

• Suspect Alek Minassian in custody • 10 people dead, 15 wounded • Police officer hailed a hero for not firing shot • Investigators say no threat to national security The Toronto attack suspect begged police to shoot him before being arrested in connection with the death of ten pedestrians killed after a van mounted a pavement. As victims of the attack were left strewn across the street Alek Minassian, who has now been pictured, was locked in a tense police stand-off, during which video footage showed him telling officers he had a gun and shouting: "Shoot me in the head". In the video Minassian shouts that he has a gun and then says: "Kill me." The officer, hailed a hero for not opening fire, declines and demands Minassian "get down" before he is arrested. Witnesses described a van driver mounting a kerb and swerving to deliberately hit pedestrians, leaving a pushchair "split in half" and hitting people sitting on a bench. The suspect was later named by police as Minassian, a 25-year-old student. Minassian appeared in court on Tuesday morning where a judge detained him on ten counts of murder and thirteen count of attempted murder. Dressed in a white prison jumpsuit with a shaved head and his hands cuffed, he showed little emotion as the charges were read. He did not enter a plea to the charges and was ordered to return to court on May 10. Police have revealed the 25-year-old suspect was not known to intelligence agencies and that the incident was not being treated as a threat to national security.  Alek Minassian (pictured), 25, is accused of carrying out the van attack in Toronto The driver posted a "cryptic" Facebook message minutes before the van attack, police said on Tuesday night.  Facebook has confirmed a message linked to an account matching Minassian was posted publicly before the social network shut down his account. The post referred to the "Supreme Gentleman Elliot Rodger" - the California gunman who killed six people in 2014. Mark Saunders, the Toronto police chief, said the suspect had not been armed and that there was nothing so far to suggest terrorism as a motive. James Forrester saw the aftermath of the incident from the 19th floor of an office building where he works as a financial services representative with the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce.  “Police were just arriving, people were screaming, there were bodies on the  ground, and I saw a lot of blood,” he told The Telegraph. Mr Miller said the white van "[sped] probably 60-70mph down this major road, swerving to what I would say fairly deliberately hit pedestrians and swerving in and out of traffic before eventually careering off into one of the other side streets and out of view". The stories of bravery, selflessness, and kindness that have emerged have been an inspiration to an entire nation.” 1:38AM Police not ruling anything out Mr Saunders is asked about sources saying police have ruled out a connection to Isil or international terrorism, but he won't be drawn.  "I'm not going to answer what the media are putting forward," he said. "We open lanes and we explore."
